Autocrat Team bids you
welcome! Our fondest wish is that you enjoy Autumn War to its fullest, and
we are here to help you in any way that we can.
There will be many
activities scheduled for everyone to enjoy for the full 5 days.
You may well wonder what an event of this size will
cost you. Not to worry, we have worked hard to keep your costs low. In
response to your feedback, we have made several improvements to the Autumn
War pricing schedule:

The Day Trip option
is only being offered on Saturday the 15th, and day-trip attendees
will not be allowed on site prior to 9:00 A.M. |

pricing, there will be no "family cap". |

**Those traveling with Minors must present
the proper waivers when they reach gate. Any Minors not with their
parents and/or legal guardians should make sure that all forms have
been signed by the legal guardians and notarized. You can
download the
Minor
Waiver Form here, and the
Medical Authorization Form here. If you have multiple children in
one family, you may use the
Family Minor Waiver Form in lieu of individual Minor Waiver forms,
however you MUST still fill out the
Medical
Authorization form for each child.

If you fail to provide the
necessary, and properly filled out waivers for any minor in your
party, you will be turned away at gate and not allowed on site.

We apologize for any inconvenience this
may cause, but we hope you will all agree that the safety and
well-being of our children is just that important. If you have any
questions regarding the necessary paperwork for minors, you may
contact the
Webmistress. Alternately, you may visit the SCA online at

If you are a merchant interested in vending at this
event, please visit our Merchant's

If you have a large encampment, meaning 15 or more
adults, and wish a space reserved for your group now is the time. Your
site-o-crat needs a group name, number of adults and smalls, amount of
space needed, and contact person's e-mail address. Please send by Aug. 7
as he will be on site and will have no computer access. Send the info to
treekiller2@comcast.net and he'll send a conformation when your e-mail
has been received.
Please, please, please, if you have any
questions or concerns while at the site, contact a member of the
Autocrat Team. Please do NOT attempt to
remove ropes, relocate biffies, or otherwise alter the site. Event
attendees caught altering the site will be ejected from the event
immediately and without a refund. We hope you can understand.
Please also do not contact the site owner with
questions or concerns as he cannot possibly attend to the needs of this
many people himself. Instead, please contact a member of the
Autocrat Team; we are all here to help you.
