Event Steward Team bids you
welcome! Our fondest wish is that you enjoy Autumn War to its fullest, and
we are here to help you in any way that we can.
There will be many
activities scheduled for everyone to enjoy for the full 5 days.
You may well wonder what an event of this size will
cost you. Not to worry, we have worked hard to keep your costs low. In
response to your feedback, we have made several improvements to the Autumn
War pricing schedule:

**Those traveling with
Minors must present
the proper waivers when they reach gate. Any Minors not with their
parents and/or legal guardians should make sure that all forms have
been signed by the legal guardians
and notarized.
You can download the
Minor
Waiver Form here, the
Medical Authorization Form here, and the
Equestrian Waiver here. If you have multiple children in
one family, you may use the
Family Minor Waiver Form in lieu of individual Minor Waiver forms,
however you MUST still fill out the
Medical
Authorization form for each child. The
Equestrian Waiver can also be filled out for multiple children in
one family.

If you fail to provide the
necessary, and properly filled out waivers for any minor in your
party, you will be turned away at gate and not allowed on site.

We apologize for any inconvenience this
may cause, but we hope you will all agree that the safety and
well-being of our children is just that important. If you have any
questions regarding the necessary paperwork for minors, you may

Several
Waiver Forms must be signed
by all attendees at gate, or prior to reaching gate for minors not
traveling with their legal guardians. There is the
standard waiver which everyone must sign consenting to participate in
an SCA event. Blue card members have already signed this waiver. There is
an Equestrian Waiver consenting
to participate in an event where there will be horses. Remember, if you
are traveling with a minor and you are not the legal guardian, you MUST
arrive with this form pre-signed for entry to the event. Of course, as
previously mentioned, if you are
attending with minors, there are additional waiver requirements just for
them. If you require a copy of the waivers you are signing, please
remember to download them prior to arriving on site as we will not have
extras on site to hand out.
Please, please, please, if you have any
questions or concerns while at the site, contact a member of the
Event Steward Team. We can be easily recognized
by our bright blue and gold baldrics or favors, and the walkie-talkie
hanging conspicuously modernly from our otherwise period garb. Please do NOT attempt to
remove ropes, relocate biffies, or otherwise alter the site. Event
attendees caught altering the site will be ejected from the event
immediately and without a refund. We hope you can understand.
